Ltd. have been involved in fluoropolymer linings and their customised solutions. We specialise in unique corrosion-resistance solutions using fluoropolymer linings. As lined products isolate all metallic contacts of the highly corrosive fluid from their metallic housing, fluoropolymer linings help improve the product’s efficiency and life span. Our technical staff focuses on user-specific needs and provides simultaneous, best-suited solutions to their corrosion concerns. Fluorine-based polymers withstand higher temperatures and corrosive media with more efficiency, so we aim to deliver tailor-made solutions in the best possible way to satisfy end-user needs.

Our engineers are prepared to solve the user’s problems due to failure in their existing glass lined parts by replacing them with fluoro-polymer linings. The aim is to employ entrepreneurship and initiative to make fluid handling systems easier in high-corrosive fluid applications with fluoropolymer-lined items. We provide customised solutions in PTFE, PFA, and FEP-lined products, such as PTFE-lined shafts and PFA-lined impellers of agitators, and the design and development of PTFE-lined agitators, PTFE-lined columns, PFA-lined columns, and other products.

In addition to GA drawings, our experts provide technical specifications for all products, such as torque analysis, bending moment, spark test report, hydro test report, and design data sheet. We believe that furnishing fluoro-polymer lining components will overcome problems related to highly corrosive fluid handling at high temperatures. Our product design is suitable to convey corrosive fluid in the -30°C to +220°C temperature range with full vacuum (-1 BAR) to high pressure (+7 BAR) conditions.
