CS Fabricate PFA Lined Filter & Strainers

A CS-fabricated PFA-Lined Filtration system with the following function is employed in corrosive fluid applications at high temperatures: Applications to protect plant machinery and pumps from contamination such as dust, scales, sand, solid particles, and other possible chemical contaminants. In a continuous fluid flow operation,
we determine the best suited filter & strainer equipment based on the volume of the kind of impurities without pressure drops. The Filter elements are made from PTFE perforated sheet, rods, and PVDF wire mesh of various specifications.
The clogged filter element can be cleaned out by the flushing nozzle. These strainers have a wide range of application to remove solids from liquids at pumps suction and delivery side piping. Strainers installed on suction side of pumps & named as suction strainers also. A Standard Quality Assurance Plan is followed throughout the production process, from raw material to finished product,
and the product is verified at each stage by certified Supervisors and Inspection engineers. Various tests, such as hydrostatic pressure testing, dimensional checking, pressure drop testing, and so on, are carried out as applicable. Our process designers and product development engineers provide process data sheets to match the best-suited design with its GAD for applications. Erection guidance is also provided to ensure the quality of the long-term outcome. In addition, lining vents as per pipe standards are supplied in the housing body to evaluate user fouling of the segments over long-term usage.

Filters and strainers are offered in the following designs for a variety of process applications.

A) Basket Type Filter & Strainers.
B) T-Type Filter & Strainers.
C) Y-Type Filter & Strainers.

Product development is subject to ANSI B 16.5 ASA#150 of IS2062 for flanges & ANSI 36.10 ASTM A-106 Grade B SCH-40/30/Shell Bend for Pipe with internal lining conformance to ASTM F1545. Or Regulated Product development is subject to ANSI B 16.5 ASA#150 for flanges & ANSI 36.10 for pipe of ASTM A-395 Grade 60/14/18 with internal lining conformance to ASTM F1545.

50 NB X 80 NB to 300 NB X 400 NB in Y-Type Filter & Strainers.

  1. Design temperature: 200 °C; working temperature: 180°C.
  2. Pressure: 6 BAR
  3. Vacuum: -1 BAR (Achieved by our mechanical interlocked lining technique)
  1. Spark Test: 15 KV to check for isolated metallic contacts after lining
  2. Hydrostatic Pressure Test: 7.5 Kg/Cm²
