In high-temperature corrosive fluid applications, operating frictions on GLR nozzles result in glass chipping out from the interior circumferential wall, increasing the corrosion area. By inserting 100 % virgin PTFE Protection with a single piece nozzle/manhole bush, this corrosion cannot spread. According to the normal glass nozzles’ size, the PTFE nozzles or manhole protection bushes are also available in round and elliptical designs. A Standard Quality Assurance Plan is followed from the raw material to the finished product, and the product is checked at each stage by certified Supervisors and Inspection engineers. As required, several tests are carried out, including dimensional verification and hydrostatic pressure testing.
