As illustrated in the figure above shows the manhole covers & central opening covers with its protection rings in CS fabricated PFA lined which we provide in a flat face or dome face design. The manhole cover on a glass lined reactor provides access to the interior of the vessel for maintenance, cleaning, and product sampling.
The glass-lined surfaces of the manhole covers wear out due to the continuous operation of the glass-lined reactor. The contaminations of the process reactor can be hazardous or toxic so it is important that the manhole cover be designed to provide a secure seal that prevents any leaks or spills. In such cases, we offer a variety of CS-fabricated PTFE or PFA-lined manhole covers and central opening covers, as shown in the above image.
CS Fabricated PTFE or PFA-lined manhole covers and central opening covers are widely used in PFA lining to overcome wear resistance due to continuously operating reactors with highly corrosive fluids at high temperatures. Our engineers are able to design CS PTFE-lined manhole covers, CS PFA-lined manhole covers, CS PTFE-lined COCs, and CS PFA-lined COCs in both flat-face and disc-face designs as per user request. Our technical team also provides physical properties like pressure rating, vacuum rating, temperature rating, heat transfer rate, and thermal conductivity, so it is easier to recognize suitable working conditions.
